How long is your child's school supply list?

We live on a military post and I was so happy whenever I saw this list. My sons school in our hometown school supply list was like double this for Pre k.

i havent even gotten a list yet. school starts the last week of August and his school sucks so it will probably be the day before school starts that we get the list.

I know our schools always had the school supply lists at our local Walmart and target are yours not there? Here we had ours sent home the last day of school

.but we will not vet it until they return to class. They get them from individual teachers.

 It's really not too bad. Everything on there is pretty cheap.

2nd GRADE SUPPLY LIST 2013-2014
2 packs No. 2 pencils - 24 count
2 boxes Crayola crayons - 24 count
1 package colored pencils - 24 count
4 glue sticks
1 4 oz. bottle Elmer's glue
2 packs thin dry erase markers - no neon
1 box tissues
1 pack larger erasers, not pencil toppers
girls: 1 box gallon size ziploc baggies
boys: 1 box sandwich size ziploc baggies
1 composition notebook, black & white wide ruled
1 pkg. 3" X 3" post it notes
1 ream of white paper

Not sure if I still qualify for this groups anymore. This year we are in the 7th grade here is her list

General Supplies Needed for ALL classes (kept with your student to use in every class 

throughout the year) 

 

2- 2.5 inch Binder Pencil bag Red grading pen 2- 5 tab Dividers 

Blue/Black Pens Pencils Colored pencils Highlighters(a pack) 

Notebook paper Hand pencil sharpener Pocket Dictionary/Thesaurus Planner 

USB drive Scissors Glue Sticks 

Erasers Washable markers 6 Pocket and brad folder 

 

Each student should bring the following and leave with a teacher: 

2 boxes Kleenex 1- 8 ounce bottle hand sanitizer Paper towels 

**** Additional supplies maybe requested according to a specific 

Content and or Elective.

 its reletivily short compaired to past years. I am one happy camper. most expensive item was her flash drive, since they are getting into computer classes now

It's pretty short compared to the school we are moving from...

2nd grade..
4 24 count crayola crayons
2 24 count trigagonda (sp?) Pencils
4 colored dry erase markers
2 pink erasers, or 1 box pencil top erasers
6 glue sticks
Headphones
1 box Ziploc brand buggies
Kleenex
1 bag hard candy
Hand sanitizer
Clorox wipes
