We don't take vitamins.  My MIL has a fit because we don't.

I had quit giving them vitamins a year or so ago but when I took them for their yearly physicals the doctor said even though they are healthy and have a good diet they should still take vitamins.  Honestly it surprised me..

Target brand children's vitamins. The price is good. We started when one of my daughter's had low iron levels.

None, we don't take chemically induced products. We get our vitamins from actual food.

GNC Milestones for kids up to 12. They are little gummies and actually taste like fruit snacks. Dd loves them!

I buy them the Equate version of Flinstones gummies. This post reminds me that I need to start giving them to the kids again.
