It's Prime Beef Month!

What is your favorite cut of beef? How do you like it cooked?

Most steaks and especially prime rib!! Medium

 Love prime rib; London Broil and flat iron steak are awesome, too : )

I like all my "steak" types well done- I want no doubt left at all that it is dead! It's also a texture thing- I just don't like the texture of meat that still has pink in it.

Brisket. I don't have a preference in flavors but it has to be melt in your mouth tender

I love a good rib-eye steak, medium, with garlic butter.

Add me to the rib-eye....love the fat. So bad, yet so good.

Grilled over a fire so that it is crispy on the outside but medium rare on the inside.
