What is your favorite cut of beef? How do you like it cooked?
Love prime rib; London Broil and flat iron steak are awesome, too : )
I like all my "steak" types well done- I want no doubt left at all that it is dead! It's also a texture thing- I just don't like the texture of meat that still has pink in it.
Beef Tenderloin - I love beef Wellington.
