Thinsg have been going very well with my son and his service dog in school :) The whole school knows her so they say hi to her but she just ignores them and focuses on her boy! She knows where my sons desk is and goes straight to it and lays down in the morning while he puts his backpack away. Half the time the kids don't even know she is there. Like today, half the class didn't know she was there til they went to recess. If he starts getting upset she lays her head on his feet or will sit up and give him kisses. It helps him getting comfort from her. After recess he gets really tired and overheated some, so when they stand in line to go back inside, she stands strong and lets him lay on her to rest. Its really going great!

A service dog is a dog trained to perform certain tasks for someone with a disability.

I don't mind, she is a seizure alert dog :) So she alerts us to his seizures and comforts him during them and after them

What breed of dog is that?

I'm so glad this helps your son. Service dogs can be a great asset for kids with all kinds of disabilities.
