I took honors classes in high school and 94-100 was an A.

94 and up was always an A for us. Dont ask me where the rest of the cut offs were but that one I remember.

I guess I'm old or went to a strange school. Lol. In college we used a straight scale, too. Dd is not in honors courses.

Some schools have higher cut offs.  This is not uncommon.

Ours is 94-100 also.

Our A's start at 93%.

I'm not super young lol. It was a weird school. They had a hard grading scale then weighted our GPAs at graduation. Seems easier to do a 10 point scale IMO.

That is the way it was for me growing up. 94-100 A 85-93 B 76-84 C 68-74 D anything under F.

90-100 A
80-89 B
I forgot how Cs and D went.... I know F was 69 and below...
