Are you the kind of person that talks about how you're feeling or holds it all in?

I'll mention if I'm tired or feel like crap, but emotional stuff tends to get held in. Although stress does show as rather cranky. . .

I'm not emotional so I hold it in.

I let it all hang out.  lol  I wear my emotions all over my face and that is a blessing and a curse.  Let's just say that I don't have a good poker face and that comes back to bite me in the ass in meetings.

It depends on who's around. I hold it in around coworkers and aquaintances. The closer I am to you the more I open up.

The person who holds it all in and boy has that done some damage. I am now trying to be the person who talks about how I am feeling  and boy what a difference that has made already, lol.
