I found out something really horrifying about my son's Kindergarten teacher.
Something really truly unacceptable. Honestly, I don't know how she even calls herself a teacher. I am really regretting allowing my son to spend this year with her.
She does not own the book Where the Wild Things Are.
Now you might not think that's a big deal. After all, she owns lots of other books. But as far as I am concerned this book is the greatest piece of children's literature ever written. I read it to my class every year no matter what grade I teach.
So I am going to get her a copy so her future students don't have to suffer through a year of Kindergarten deprived of Max and the Wild Things. I am also going to have all her students sign it.
Help me with the inscription. I want it to say something like, "Thank you for teaching these Wild Things!"
