Welcome to Day 2 of the Back to School Party!

All of our kids carry a back pack but do you really know what's inside it?

What's in your backpack? backpack

What do you usually pack in your childs backpack and what do you usually find in it when they come home?

Have you ever found anything odd in your childs backpack?

Well my oldest is a hoarder so her backpack contained...EVERYTHING. LOL.

The things *I* put in there were binder, lunch, hand sanitizer, snot rags.

Well, right now, since their first day isn't until the 26th...everything they needed is in there.

Coltons has 3 one subject notebooks, 3 ring binder with paper, pencil box (with crayons, pencils, glue sticks, highlighters, dry erase markers, erasers), and head phones for computer time.

Keaton has 4 one subject notebooks, pencil box with everything in it, head phones for computer time, and will soon have a notebook I have to purchase from his teacher in it (Saturday is the meet the teacher thing at school).

many many boxes of raisins gotten at lunch and saved for story/snack time. The problem is she doesn't like raisins.

The only thing that is ever really in my dd's backpack is her folder. She doesn't need to carry anything else. I do pack her luncg and I put it in there in the mornings but that's about it.

For this school year my kids don't have backpacks, online schooling for the win. :D

They'll probably use the backpacks they have for our trip in the Spring for a carryon.

my kids school provides all necessities so all they have in their book bag is their folders and completed schoolwork for my ds and notes home for dd who is in special ed.Sometimes they send fruit home with my dd because they know she loves it. lol

I think it's kinda weird but they are in the third week of school and ds hasn't had any homework yet.

My girl usually has her wallet, and lip gloss in her bag I haven't found anything strange yet in her bag. My sons bag last year he put his fake bug collection in the bag when I asked him about it he said his preschool teacher didn't like bugs and it was funny to see her scream.. Him and some friend were going to try and scare the teacher
