*Update* Johnny Appleseed Thanksgiving Dish Any Suggetions?

I made apple enchiladas this morning. DD is super excited.

I dropped the ball. I did not check my dd's back pack until last night and there was a letter informing me that Tuesday they are having a Thanksgiving celebration. Since they have been learning about Johnny Appleseed they are asking the kids to bring in apple dishes.

I have NO idea what to make and for some reason Pinterest is blocked on my computer! So I work until 5 and then have to go to my dd's swim meet that should last until 6:30 p.m. then go to the store and bake/cook.

Any suggestions on what to bring? I don't want to do pie or turnovers. I suck at baking and would like to be outside the box and do something savory. I have googled a few different recipes but don't know what's good. I'm not big on eating apple dishes.

I have a feeling other moms may be doing those.

Rachael Ray does a stuffing muffin that includes apples. You can visit her website for the recipe. Good luck

Cinnamon apple chips could be fairly simple.

Apple sauce, apple juice/cider, cupcakes decorated to look like apples, rice krispie treats coloured red shaped into balls with a tootsie roll 'stem', mini caramel/candy apples (use a melon baller to cut out apple balls, put on a stick and dip into caramel or candy coating).
