A place to share & tell us how YOUR garden is growing etc. What's blooming, what's producing, what's new in your garden etc. We will be sure & share in your joy!

I have peas, carrots, chard, radish, turnip, brocolli rabe in the ground and two brocolli, I have also already planted onions, potatoes, strawberries. I have put red currant and gooseberry in tubs and putting together my window boxes in a minute. I'll post a picture in a minute, its not Fruit and vegetable gardening though so I don't know if it counts! lol
I've also started seeds for various other things :-) I'm doing good so far this year.
We're just getting our garden started here, because we've still been getting below freezing temps at night, plus high winds during the day. Yesterday we started a few beds, though, so now I've got white onions, yellow shallots, red shallots, horseradish, 2 varieties of garlic, and 5 lbs. of potatoes in the ground. While cleaning up the perennial strawberry beds, I noticed a few flowers, and we've been eating fresh asparagus for about a week now. Today I'll be planting the yellow & red onions, as well as the peas & beans. In another week, my baby cabbage & kohlrabi starts should be ready to go in the ground, too. My broccoli seeds never germinated, so this year I'll be buying starts from a local nursery. Yuck, but I hate paying their prices.
My radish are growing, peas too. Chard is starting to sprout really well. Went and bought some stuff for my hanging baskets today and put it all under my grow light with my tomato plants (not they are big enough to call plants yet). I'm starting a new job Monday so my gardening time will be reduced, so sad! :(
Quoting michiganmom116:Hm. My strawberry babies are in the ground, planted just before we got snow. Nothing else is even started yet. I'm really behind.
99 out of the 100 strawberry babies have green leaves! The one that doesn't may be okay, but the crown hasn't put out leaves yet. We'll see what happens. I started tomatoes, 3 kinds of peppers, cabbage, broccoli, melons and Brussels sprouts last Saturday in soil blocks. The broccoli and brussels sprouts are up; tomatoes and peppers are starting to show their seed leaves. Still crossing my fingers about the melons.
I've got about a dozen of little baby tomatoes (on 4 plants, so far)!! More yellow flowers on the zucchini plant.

Thanks Oredeb, I can't quiet believe it either, lol. This evening I put up the trellis for the cuc's. They're getting tall enough to need it now. I transplanted 2 of my green peppers into 5gal containers, I still have 3 more to go. Just in the nick of time too, the root systems were outgrowing the smaller containers!

I spotted 5 pea pods out there today! Not going to be able to feed the tummy a pot of creamed peas but they'll still be tasty!
Sounds great! Good luck with the new job too!
