green houses recommendations pros cons and suggestions on type

 throw them all at me pros cons, recommendations, heating source ideas that work, keeping it cool, what type of floor to use, I want to have one a large scale one but cheap for an idea I have. ideas to water in it automatically. anything else you can think of. I have to be able to grow year round in it.

I'll be watching this post.  We've been talking a greenhouse for a year or so now.  They are so expensive!
