Well wish me luck. I planted some garlic today.  I live in the south in the USA so it should grow this winter.  I have been reading about winter gardening.  I got my fingers crossed.  Any pointers would be welcome.

I did that last year. Planted garlic in december (and winter onions). The garlic were ready late spring. The winter onions kind of sucked. Like huge tuff greean onions with no flavor. Garlic was awesome and easy though.
