They're about 4" long and these are going in my smoothie tomorrow morning. Not too bad I guess. Thankfully it rained a lot to help me with the watering. Something's eating one side of the plants though.  >:(

I've been looking for a good smoothie . What do you put in yours?

Oh, it varies because you're supposed to rotate greens. I use various lettuces, kales, spinach, sometimes dandelion or carrot greens. My liquid is either almond milk or light coconut milk and water. Then I add a banana and have recently started added a cucumber or avocado. If the mood strikes me I might throw in some other fresh fruit as well. I always finish with a frozen fruit. Peaches, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, whatever. I usually make enough so DH and DS get some for breakfast as well.

For a specific one, my favorite is:

spinach

light coconut milk

water

a banana

and frozen pineapple OR frozen blueberries

I'd probably throw in a cucumber as well.
