Take Charge...Fight Frustration.

You can take control of your emotions. It takes practice but it is doable. One of the hardest emotions to take charge of is anger. Anger in many cases is a result of frustration. One method that works for me is to fight and debate mentally the negative thoughts that foster frustration. I finally had my ah ha moment and it worked. In stead of thinking the worst case senario I found a happy medium in my thoughts and I stayed in control. Thank goodness. What about you?
