by Woodlyn on Nov. 23, 2008 at 1:02 AMBlack? My grandpa is 100% Filipino, but his skin is black. He's still Filipino though, no one refers to him as black, but that's what he is if he were to be discerned by color alone. |

by Woodlyn on Nov. 23, 2008 at 1:03 AMThis would probably be a good question for the Discuss Racial Issues Here group, the ladies there aren't afraid to answer their honest opinions. |

by Woodlyn on Nov. 23, 2008 at 1:05 AMYea, a lot of people get offended over all sorts of things. People are seriously PC now. Anyway, I'm not sure if it's against the rules in this group to suggest another group... but yea, definitely if you have racial questions DRIH is awesome. Quoting laceymcde: |

by ebbierowe on Nov. 23, 2008 at 1:06 AMif they aren't from America then they are not any kind of American.... It depends on where they are from...but I do believe most countries put black in front of whatever they are...Black German for example... Personally I prefer Black to African American...Africa is a continenent not a country...and I personally wasn't born here.... Actually if you just want to call me Ebony that is ok too :-P |
