ok so im only 30 weeks but seriously all day ive been feeling this pain.

I'm not really sure how to discribe it, i have an 18 month old son and it kind of feels similar to what it felt like when i went into labor with him, only not quite as intense. See with my First i carried him full term but i was only in labor for an hour and a half and i only pushed for 20mins at the very most, so everything just happened so fast.

I'll get this shooting pain like up towards my ribs and it'll go all the way down like into the pelvic region and last for like a minute or two, but the weird thing is its way worse on the right side than it is the left, ive been trying to time it and so far its been pretty irregular except the whole hour of 3am it was almost exactly every 12mins, but now its back to irregular, again with my first son, i had irregular contractions the whole entire time.

I'm not really sure what to do because not sure if its real or not and i dont wanna call anyone because what can they do honestly except tell me to go to the hospital, and im really not trying to sit there for hours if im not really even in labor.

Have you lost your plug or have your waters broken yet? Your only 30 weeks it is most likely prodromal labor which is your body's way of getting ready, warning up for the real deal. Unless you water breaks or your CX become regular I would not worry. Relax, so rest, have a cuppa and take a warm bath. That will usually help. If they get to bad a glass of wine is perfectly safe and will relax your uterus and stop them so you can sleep.

your probably just getting ready for the reall thing and u thinking its the real thing is probably makeing u tense which isn't helping any...sooo go watch some t.v. and go get your little one and cuddle with him/her and get some rest its probable nothing to worry about. i was having pains like what your describing starting when i was 27 weeks till i was 2 weeks over dure. so just relax it 99.999999% probably nothing serious. when u wake up in the mroning if ur still feeling those pains call ur obgyn and scedual an appointment. u dont need to be worrying u need to be relaxing.

i hope u feel better soon

That's normal too some women don't have either before the onset of real labor. It still sounds like prodromal labor. I would still suggest a hot bath and either a cup of calming tea like chamomile or a glass of wine. How fr along were you when you went into labor woth your son, were you induced?

i had him at 40weeks, on my due date actually, but no i wasnt induced. So if this is prodromal labor and i end up carrying full term again will i just keep feeling like this? God that would be horrible.

You are 30 wks, you could be having preterm labor. It is better to go get checked and have everything be OK, than to go in and be fully dilated at 30 wks. Please go in and be seen!

Unfortunately you could but it is unlikely. It will probably stay for a day or so then go away and come back. You might notice them staying longer or as you get closer to your due date again this is your just bodies way of getting ready. Also stay hydrated. really really hydrated sometimes dehydration can cause contractions. If you have anymore questions you can send me a message and ask me directly if you like.
