Does anyone use ground turkey

Ground turkey. I bought some to make burgers with I was thinkg to mix the turkey with bread crumbs,parm cheese , salt and pepper. What do you put . Your turkey burgers.

by Proudmommy312 on Dec. 2, 2008 at 4:16 PMWe hardly ever eat red meat so we eat a lot of turkey. My DH does all the cooking and when he makes turkey burgers he will put diced onions and sometimes blue cheese, yummy! |

by girlnterupted on Dec. 2, 2008 at 4:23 PMI use ground turkey breast, it's a little dry but really low cal, so I jazz it up with diced red bell pepper and onions, garlic powder, pepper, worchshire sauce, lots of Mrs Dash seasonings. I always use regular ground turkey for tacos. Yum! |
