 3 Steps...

1. Think of the not so good things you are doing in your life.....

2. Replace yourself with your child(s) and how does that make you feel?

3. Now how do you think YOUR parents feel about YOU, their baby, doing that.

 

Helps you reflect on life and see things from another point of view. It could be suttle things like dating lots of guys or extream like selling your body.....

I don't know of any "not so good" things that I'm doing in my life. I really don't know of anything that my parents wouldn't approve of either. I also tend to think that this would be the case for a good number (if not the majority).
