I see all these posts about abortion and how many "babies it has killed" or whatever...

But my question is, how does it effect you?

How does another woman's private decision effect you?
If you are against abortion, simply do not have one.

Seems like rocket science huh?

  • I agree with you completely.  It isn't a choice I would make personally, but I would never condemn someone else for it.  I have no right to judge them.

  • It's none of my business so I try not to let it bother me, but sometimes it does because I lost my daughter to miscarriage at 17 wks so it kind of breaks my heart when I hear of any child, born or unborn, being harmed.

  • Does it personally effect me? No.

Is it hard for me to sit back and have someone talking about possibly murdering their unborn child? Yes.

I dont get it. Whats the difference in an unborn child and a child thats already been born. If I killed my DS now, because I decided I should have got an abortion, does that make it okay?

  • It doesn't.I am pro choice and common sense tells me that I am no way affected by what other people choose to do with their life.

  • Abortion is not murder though... If it was, it would be illegal, and anyone who had the procedure would be carted off to jail.

There is a huge difference between a "baby" at the time of a legal abortion and a born child. One thing I can think of off the top of my head is viability.

  • I have to say I agree with this. I mean I don't believe in abortion, I do not however, think that it is my place to judge others and their decisions. That is God's job.

  • It doesn't affect me. I believe people were having a debate and sharing opinions.

  • How is it not murder tho? When an abortion is done, it takes the life of the child, correct?

  • Murder is the unlawful killing of a person.
One, a fetus does not achieve personhood till birth.
    Two, abortion is legal.
