Ok, before I had my daughter, I was 160 lbs., got to 200 lbs. the week I had her, after I delivered I dropped to 177 lbs., now 2 years later, I'm 213 lbs. I want to lose 40 lbs. before my next child. Any suggestions on what types of excercises I can do that will help me drop the weight.

i would start off my walking before i got pregnant with this baby i was walking 2 miles 3 times a day. sad to say it only lasted a month..i had lost 7lbs..dh came home for r&r with all the eatin out and rich cooking i was doign for him i got it back plus a baby lol. start walking in the mornings or afternoons and change your eating habits. eat dinner earlier..like no later than 4 or 5pm..then at night if u get hungry snack on fruits and veggies. thats what i did and cut out the soda..then switched to 100% juices. its gonna take a lifestyle change to get the weight off in a healthy manner plus if u start eating healthy before u get pregnant and excerising u can take it over into your pregnancy and u may not gain anything
