Okay what about the Houseb$#@?( Husbands/so ect)
Yesterday was all about the happy suzie homemaker (you all know the post unless you were under a rock...lol
BUT
What about the stay at home dads or the men who do the housework and cook and all while the woman goes out and works? Lats give them a little praise.
My DH helps as much as he can on hids good days,(Herniated 3 disks in his back) He even changes diapers...lol. even when he worked he still tried to do it all and I set him right about how it was going to be as long as he worked and I stayed home.
I have a friend who's DH is a perfect lil house-bitch , She works 10-16 hours a day 4-6 days a week and he stays home , cooks cleans, takes care of the kids, is an awesome cook.
She has been a workaholic since she was 16 if she isn't working AT LEAST 5 days a week she is NOT happy , When he suggested they have kids she asked him if HE was going to stay home and raise them ...lol He said yes.
She did stay home with each one for a few months and then she had to get back to work the setting around was driving her nuts. During her maternity leaves she would do ALL the housework and take care of the babies and cook meals to just thaw and heat later and catch up on laundry and clean out closets and then complain she couldn't sit around anymore had to go work .. gotta love her though.
Okay girlies give props to your favorite houseman/houseb*tch /Tommy
My dad stays home while my mom works. He cooks, cleans, does laundry, runs errands, anything and everything.
Mom goes home for lunch everyday and he has lunch waiting for her when she gets there....same with dinner.
Mom constantly brags about her 'Domestic God'. I have never seen them happier.
MY DH!!!! He worked 12 to 14 hour days 6 days a week while I stayed at home for the last 3 years. Then beginning of summer what they thought was a stroke ended up being MS. He went from working tons and making great money to nothing. He now watches the kids while I'm at work and does what he can but do to him not recovering all of the movements that he lost he isn't able to do to much and I know it annoys him to no end some days.
I have to say my own daddy! when my lil brother and i were little he sah to care for us, cooked, cleaned, etc... i sort of expected all men to be thta way and was sorely mistaken, my dh is a catch in that way, he works 4 ten hr shifts at night so he can stay home on thurs and fri with our son, and while he does not clean anything unless he is in the dog house he does do the laundry every week.
