• Double standard just like everything else, when it comes to men. NO its not fair in the least that a woman gets an out, whatever that may be, but the man doesn't he is always forced in some way to be a father, even if he doesn't want to. So then you end up with a guy who resents his kids and their mother because he was forced to be a parent with someone he didn't want to be with, or just in general didn't want to be a parent and the ones who suffer the most out of all of it are the kids.   Maybe he was tricked or the protection failed.  I agree that a man that has clearly voiced that he doesn't want children should be able to give up his rights and responsibility.
