sucks major ass!!!
we switched to them a month ago. first, they take 200 more than was agreed upon in quote from our bank, we let it slide, apply it to the whole premium, then, we get the actual policy, only one car is insured, not the two we paid for and had quoted!, we have been tryin to get this all resolved for three weeks now, and it is now we are waiting on the agents boss to call us ....in the morning!!!! urrgg!
never again will we go to them or recommend them!
I've been a State Farm policy holder for the past 12 years. I've never had a complaint one about them. We have two cars, personal belongings, jewelry, and an expensive peice of medical equipment insured through them. We pay a very reasonable amount, have never been billed incorrectly, and have never had a claim denied or had a claim become problematic. Everything has been smooth sailing for us with State Farm. We could save a little by switching to USAA (for military service members) but I don't want to lose the great service that I get through my State Farm agent. Honestly, I'm shocked that you had this much trouble and must have gone through a bad agent office. Sorry to hear that, but the company isn't bad at all : )
