Sounds wierd I know.During nap my 3 yr old put some sort of liquid into the pole of his bunk bed and it stinks (like chemical) and I need to remove it.I have a vaccume and  this thing (no hose)

Any suggestions?I cant just lift the bed as the other end of the pole is capped.

  • Rubber band a towel around the end of a broomstick and stick it down the hole. Keep doing it untill the liquid is soaked up. After its cleaned put a clean towel on, put some vinegar on it and put it down the hole, rub it around the edges until its good and cleaned. The smell will be gone after the vinegar dries.

  • Can you have someone drill a tiny hole in the bottom of the pole for it to drain out of?

  • I wish it was that easy.He also jammed a round toy(maybe a small jar of playdough) in it and I dont want to stick my fingers in and remove the toy as I have no clue what the liqid is.

  • I agree with this, or tip the bed upside down, or take it apart.  Good luck.

  •  If the toy is soft, like if its playdoh. Tape a nail onto the end of the broomstick, and stab it into the top of the container and scoop that bad boy out.
