i dont feel like reading all the post and replays but i have a question the news said the gunman was a mental health doctor facing deployment that was shooting people.but i thought there were more? can someone please clear this up for me? im a little confussed.thanks and i hope who ever is there you guys are safe and so are you loved ones
There were 2 other suspects but they were released, not sure why. But they've concluded that the Major was the only suspect/shooter...He was a psychiatrist at Walter Reed before coming here in July. The government has been watching him for 6 months because of terroristic posts he made on a blog about suicide bombings.
There was 1 shooter, he was shot and killed, he was a phychiatrist(sp). There were two other suspects who have been released.

OMG! 6 months and they didn't do anything about it. I don't even know what to say!
I didnt know the other two were released. Also apparently the major who did this has also had suicidal tendencies. All I have to say is they better get with the damn program here, and not have this open post bull shit anymore.

Too bad in this case the open post policy wouldn't have mattered! He had a military ID and I'm sure stickers so in this case it wouldn't have helped. Unfortunately

they just updated that the shooter isn't dead, but wounded and is hospitalized. and that the other 2 were released.

Shooter is not dead! Neither is the civilian officer!! 12 dead 31 wounded still....
