why does DS have to eat cat food????
does anybody Elses kid do that?? he just got done eating lunch.... and was throwing the last bit of it to the dogs, well after he got outta high chair he goes to the cat food, and eats it.... maybe he thinks hes a cat... i don't know.. just curious if someone else is going through the same thing.

We don't have any pets--but everytime we go to my mom's house, my son's over there eating dog food! Makes me throw up. The other day, he had an oreo cookie. So, he foes over to the dog dish--dips his cookie in the water and eats it!! So nasty!
I don't understand it at all.
Every now and then I catch my 2 year old in the dog food. I don't get why they do it and it just grosses me out...I can't even stand the smell of it.

my friend's son when he was 2 was over at our house and grabs a handful of dog food from the food dish and starts popping the pieces in his mouth like its popcorn. We died laughing.
yeah mine did that now i keep it away from my kids but be careful who u tell cause i told someone that my dd was doing that and they called cps on me for it so..... just to warn ya since there are cps happy people out there but i think every kid that has a pet in the house does it once in their life

mine does that, she eats dog food or biscuts, i have no idea why, lol
Mine goes for the dog food, the cat food is up to high for her. I dont get it either, its nasty!! We put a baby gate up so she cant get in the kitchen anymore, its the only way to keep her out of it!

we did the baby gate thing.. and then my brother tripped over it and broke it.. now we have to buy a new one... he only does it to the cat food though... he doesnteven touch the dog food
