How late is too late for telemarketers to call?

Im a little annoyed. This same company trying to get us to get a credit card at their fantastic rate calls here at least 4 times every single day. I have told them we're not interested, lied to them, ignored them, made threats to turn them in to the BBB..they still call! Now they just called AGAIN and it is almost 8:30 here. That seems too late me..I mean my daughter goes to bed between 8:00-9:00.
How late can the legally call? Does anyone know?

legally they can call between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM 7 days a week including sundays and holidays.

I think the latest they can call is 9pm but im not sure.

Any time is the wrong time for a telemarketer to call me. Put yourself on the 'do not call list' and it will significantly reduce the amount of calls you get. It did for us.

Be Aware though, the do not call list does not protect you agains surveyers, or market research, they can call up until 9 PM as well.

I'm not positive, but I think it's 9 pm. Have you put your number on the do not call list? If not, you should. It helps cut down on those types of calls. Did you tell them to take your number off there call list?

Yes between 8 am and 9 pm 7 days a week I am a telemarketer

i worked as a telemarketer for 2months. you can call til 9pm, then we had to start calling other states that were an hour behind because we worked until 10pm.
i hate when they call me, but i think i honestly hated the job more.
