I saw the saddest thing today

NOT in a bad way. I was at the doctor today and saw a tiny tiny tiny little baby (well not THAT tiny but she was very little) and her mom was holding her and while holding her she was also dragging a Oxygen tank with her. It broke my heart into a million pieces!!
