so my dd has really curly hair and I was straightning mine and she was like oh wow mommy so I said let me do one strand to see what it looked like and she wanted me to do all of it, i when ahead and did it and she stayed still the whole time..took me forever. afterwards she was just in shock of how she looked. she kept saying she was Ariel..she keeps asking me to do it again but that is it for now..not till she is older...here is her pic..

My 3 y/o likes her hair straightened, too. I do it on super low heat so it doesn't damage her hair, but it looks SUPER cute. Kids are funny with what they like/don't like.

That's too cute!!! I did my 2 year old daughters a couple of weeks ago, she looked totally different! Here's her pics of before and after...

yup I know..you know when we were little we always wanted for my mom to curl our hair but she wouldn't she used to take thin socks and roll our hair and tie them. they hurt when we would go to sleep but they would make the shirly temple curls. she didn't have enough rollers to go on all three of us so since she couldn't just put them on only 1 of us she just used socks on all 3 of us..funny now that i think about it.lol
Yeah I didnt think my daughter would sit still long enough, but she always sees me doing mine so she wanted hers done. We havent cut her hair yet, but I see it needs it when its straight lol. I just want her to keep the curls as long as possible. :(
oh me to that is why i have not cut her hair. my sister used to have curls and the first time they cut her hair they were gone..actually lots of people tell me the same thing
hair is one of those things that can just grow back, so it's not an issue for me. i think dying, straightening, etc, it's all good. however, i know for a fact that you CAN perm straight hair into being curly forever (i got my hair permed over 10 years ago and it hasn't GONE AWAY YET, lol). your daughter is adorable and you might want to teach your husband how to clean guns on the front lawn, lol.
