i need some good at home workouts! help me skinny mama's!
So we are ttc our 2nd and it just doesn't seem to be happening yet, so i have been taking this time to try and lose some more weight, instead of obsessing about why i'm not pregnant yet. haha. i don't ever get to leave the house with dd, i have no one who can watch her except dh, and he works midnights and sleeps all day.
so i need some good at home workkouts without equipment! so help me!!
The biggest loser workout dvds are really good. The only thing you need with them is a set of weights. They have different levels you start off on , on the dvds and believe me they work. I lost 10lbs on them my first month. The one I really like is the CardioMax.

Turn the music or put on your ipod and dance. It's fun and one of the best ways to loose a ton of calories . If you don't have rythem do areboic type of steps. Add in some crunches, squats, push ups etc to the mix. I lost all my baby wieght twice doing this only 30 minutes a day.

geez. why didn't i think of that myself. i'm always turning the radio while doing dishes and such. and my little one is always dancing. i gotta start involoving myself, lol.

Any of the Jillian Michaels dvds but I found the Boost Metabolism Banish Fat (I think that's the title) to be INSANE! I consider myself to be in decent shape - I just finished my first half marathon, I run 15 miles per week and do other dvds and strength training but she KICKED MY BUTT!!! lol I was so drenched in sweat after that dvd that you could have wrung out my hair and that never happens on my runs! I'm going to do it again today! Plus you don't need weights or anything extra for that dvd. I found it free on our On Demand exercise channel.
I got the 30 day shred and that was no joke. She is hard, but I felt really good at the end.
