after having your gall bladder removed? I am afraid to eat anything bc I dont want to be running to the bathroom all day. The only thing I have eaten since I had my surgery on Thursday is boiled chicken and graham crackers. If you have had your gall bladder out. What foods should I try or definetly stay away from? Any help is needed. I'm starting to get tired of plain flavorless chicken.

Lol. Thanks. So the key is to bake everything? Do spices bother you? Like garlic or things like that?

  • I've had IBS for 8 years and regardless of what I eat I better be near a bathroom.  I usually go 5-7 times after each meal.  Sometimes I can smell food and go.  Other times I can drink water and go.  Lol it sucks so I have no advice on what to eat.  Some people tend to say stay away from fried greasy spicy foods.  Ehh I guess it depends on the person because when I was first diagnosed I went on a strict diet yet I had the same issues so I pretty much eat whatever I want as long as i'm near a bathroom!  But it gets really draining and it sucks to be honest.  Do you take Imodium?  Usually after i've been 2 times i'll pop a Imodium and it usually helps  :]
