I am leaving in a little while and I really want to get some pictures onto a CD to print for my husband to take to Iraq, I don't have a lot of time to mess with it to figure out how to get them from all the different folders onto either one folder, or to individually move them from their folders to the cd.... any tips would be very much appreciated!!

Create a new folder on your desktop and then go through and add all of the pictures you want added to the CD into that folder and then transfer that folder onto the CD. That's about the easiest way of doing it atleast for me.

agreed, that would probably be the easiest way.

this...but make sure you press ctrl while you are clicking on the pics in that particular folder, so that you can transfer them to the new folder all at once

Yeah if you had Windows movie maker on your computer that would be much simpler. and it should be in the Start tab under all programs.. best of luck. And it'll also give you step by step instructions. and you can add sound bites if you have a mic and or music to play in the background when he's looking at the pics.

Yes to transfer more than one photo at a time you hold down ctrl as you click on each picture.

Actually using Windows movie maker takes up alot more time than just simply adding them to the CD from a folder.

i dont know if you know this or not, but you can make an account at like walmart.com and upload all the pictures you want there, they can print them within the hour or uploading them for only like 9 cents a picture. it is what i always do.

You can hold down ctrl to transfer pictures or you can select a bunch of pictures by clicking on one and going down to the last one you want to select and holding down the shift key while you select it.  Then you right click copy and go to your other folder and right click and paste.

You can also just upload all the pictures you want to print to walmart.com, target.com, walgreens.com etc.
