i did the second.  its not really the dyes they worry about its the fumes.  so just make sure they are using one of those dyes that arent so stinky.

Its very highly recommended that you wait until the 2nd trimester to dye your hair.  I don't know about bleaching teeth.

You shouldnt whiten your teeth, but you can dye your hair in a well ventilated area.

I don't dye my hair, but I've read it's safe.  It's more the fumes that you want to worry about.  I wanted to whiten my teeth also but have decided to wait until after my baby is born to be safe.  I never asked my dentist, but I bet he would say to wait.   He's pretty cautious about dental work and pregnant women, especially when it's something cosmetic.
