What kind of pack and play do you  or did you have?  We are looking to buy one for our new baby, didn't have one with DD and are unsure about which one to get.....Has anyone had a Chicco brand one?  This is the one I was thinking about?!

My only advice is to get one with not only the newborn insert (like the one you're looking at - keeps the baby up top) but also to get one with the changing table insert (that goes on half of it - removable when you aren't using it).  They are a godsend if you ever have to travel!  The whole pack & play folds up - you can take it anywhere.  And then you not only have a place for baby to nap/sleep at night....but also a convenient changing table whenever you need it!!

I have a graco one and its great! We used it as a crib for awhile because we were moving cross country and didnt want to have to move a crib and risk loossing something along the way. The infant insert and the changing table is a must for us! Ours also had a mobile the can be attached to it so it was perfect! good luck!

For my kids i had graco and evenflo. The chicco is not safe and some of their products were on recall more than once sometimes for the same thing

I don't think they sell this particular pattern anymore, but it's the Graco Counting Sheep. I absolutely loved it! He's outgrown it now :-(  Boy, I miss those tiny, bassinet days!!!

I had the Fisher Price Rainforest pack n play. It was adorable HOWEVER the side broke down when my daughter was in it which is NOT supposed to happen. It was recalled this January.

I love mine.. it' GRACO... used it for a bassinet.. i loved the changing table, the nature sounds and night light on it.. the only thing i was disappointed in is that the mobile wasn't battery operated.

oh and we use it for traveling... it will come in handy in the next few months for redeployment and moving..

Hope you find what you are looking for!

i had one that had the changing table on it.  it also has a pull up sunvisor and a music box with recorder and also mp3 hookup on it.  it also had giraffes hanging from the visor.  i bought it off of walmart.com and its from Baby Trend.  i fell in love with it so bad that i didnt care that it was hunter green and was for my daughter.  i dont think walmart carries it anymore though.  if you are interested maybe look  at this website.  this was the model i have but  when i opened it it was greener than it shows.

good luck

I wasnt sure how much the changing table attachment would be something I'd really want...you can still change them on the bassinet area its just lower...does the changing attachemnt get in the way?  Do the ymainly come all the way off or flip over??
