Have you had one? Do you have one? OMG I love her to death, she is the second rott I have had, and my first was the BESTEST best best dog ever........

This one, she just turned 1 and she is soooo freaking cute, so sweet!! She bugs my kids, but she just wants to play all the time lol.... Her and the 1YO are like 2 peas in a pod.......

This goofy ass dog has to follow me to the potty every time, I swear my kids never even followed me into the potty as much as she does. She is so funny!! Myhusband thinks it is annoying. I pee in private more with 3 kids, than I do with this goofy ass dog.

She is such a baby! Pet me, love me, feed me and stay while I eat, let me climb in your lap while you do homework, rub my belly,  pet me more....

  • You just made me miss my Casey SO bad  :-(  She died going on 3 years ago at the old age of 14.  Best dog EVER!

Missi....loving wife to Jason, mommy to Ricky (1-12-05), and soon to be mommy to Logan Douglas (due Feb 2010).  I'm a cloth diapering, baby wearing, breastfeeding till baby wants to quit, homeschooling, non-circumcising, anti-cry it out, part time working, animal loving, trashy romance novel reading, farm raised hillbilly.  I have had Meningitis and Swine Flu and lived to tell about it.  Any questions?

  •  I have never owned a rottie but i love the breed. They are on my list of breeds that i want. I have known many through work and friends.   They are just big over grown teddy bears who will sit in your lap in a heart beat if given the chance.  I used to pet sit several who were great dogs.  There was one that i had known since he was about 10 weeks old and Boris considered me apart of his family.  I loved that dog he was a goof.  I will never forget his gentleness with my sister who is mentally hanicapped.  He curled up with her and slept in her bed with her every chance he got.

  • I was raised with rotts. I don't have one now cause i live in a tiny little appartment that even if they allowed dogs i wouldn't want to keep it traped in such a tiny place. is yours a german blockhead or an american rott?

Awwww!!! Mine passed about 3 yrs ago too.... I had to get another good family doggie, so I had to get another rott. she is still a puppy, in dog terms, so she is still clingy and playful,  but damn if she didn't show us her mean bark when hubby's friend came in late one night last week!

    I L♥♥ve rotties.

Dana died when she was 3, she dug out of her kennel and got hit by a car and Moose died when he was 11 in are house fire in 93. He was the best dog ever and we miss him VERY VERY much.

He was the biggest baby you would ever meet yet ppl were always afraid of him(he was huge) lol never hurt a fly. I had pictures of him sleeping with my pet rabbit that's how gentle he was.

  • We, my roommates and I, had three of them when we were single, they were great.  My sister has one now and she has four little kids and the dog is really fabulous with them.
