Retrieving History ?

Does anyone know if it is possible to retieve the history on your comp. once it has been deleted. Is it possible?

It is possible to retriever ALL information on a computer EVEN after its been reformated. but to do it takes time, knowledge, money and skills. all of which most people do not have.

its a tiny part of my hubs job...
