I am not against purchasing a cake with food stamps, but an $80 cake seems excessive. I suppose that as long as they can afford to feed their family for the rest of the month, that's their business.
No it isnt. If they accepted foodstamps they obviously filed the paperwork with the state. Research before you speak.
