The thing I look forward to the most is my dads mac and cheese, dumplings and my stepmoms cheesecake!

Sweet potato latkes.  Chorizo-cornbread stuffing.  Crema Catalana.

My husband and I always have Chinese food for Thanksgiving dinner..

We have never really celebrated Thanksgiving, so began going out for Chinese food about 20 years ago instead.

My brothers-in-law all make batches of home made pan fried pierogies.  They don't last long they go through hundreds of them every year!

ham,  turkey,  green bean cass.,  mac&cheese,  rolls,  gravy,  stuffing,  yams,  chicken,  deviled eggs, potato salad,  cranberry sauce

& for desert pumpkin pie, cheesecake, & usually apple pie as well.

none of that is really unusual though.

We always have dumplings and gravy. Not all states even sell the breaded dumplings we have. We also have a potato casserole with the corn flake topping.

we have all the traditional stuff we prepare it kinda weird though and our stuffing is non traditional.

We cook and carve our turkey the night before, put it back in the pan with it's juice and cover, then on thanksgiving we just pop it in the oven to warm it up, everything turns out super juicy and good.
We make 2 boxes of stove top stuffing, but we add cut up shrimp, green onion, water chestnuts, almonds, and if we have it from my uncle down south, crawfish. It's super yummy, but adding the shell fish I guess makes it a little wierd.

Our family is little and broken, but still good.
