ok so I am due Nov 21st this has been changed a couple of times but its anywhere from nov 21st to dec 2nd. We went to the mall today and walked around for maybe an hour nothing new at all we just did it yesterday to my daughter likes to play there. Well at the end of walking my upper center hurt a little not too bad but bad enough for me to say ok lets go I'm uncomfortable. We got in the car and within 10 minutes it was hurting pretty bad and it hurt in my upper back too, very high like right under my chest. It lasted non stop but I did notice after about twenty minutes I was feeling some spikes in pain but it never fully went away just dulled. After driving home and then all the way back to the hospital for my dh to drop me off it just all of a sudden disappeared. So it lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. iwe just came to mcdonalds next door to get a bite and see if it would come back its been about an hour and its still gone. Was it contractions? Do I call my doc or just tell him my next appt on tuesday?

Could have been contractions, but those are normally lower back. You can call your doc, but they probably are going to tell you just to watch for them or go in if you are worried.

that's what I thought too, in the lower back. I was induced with my daughter and hardly remember the pain but I do remember my lower back hurting very bad

It could be your gallbladder too. I had pains in my chest that shot into my back and it ended up being my gallbladder.  This all happened when I was about 3 months along and I had the pain on and off through the entire pregnancy. I ended up getting it taken out about a month and half after my son was born.

You might have just got tired and got some cramps. I used to do that if I had too much activity.

They do not sound like labor pain at all. I would agree with the pain being gallbladder related. Had you eaten much salt or a high fat content food before(even the night before) or not had enough water that day? I would not worry if the pain went away. If it was labor issues the pain would not stop. Watch for blurry vision, headaches, upper right pain(under your ribs) or swelling in your face and hands. If you feel any of those things, it could be pregnancy induced hypertension, which needs immediate attention by your OB. Good luck, I hope the rest of your pregnancy is good.

can the pain be related to pre eclampsia, I had labor induced pre eclampsia?

yes! Have they run the PIH labs at any point in your pregnancy. Do you have high blood pressure on a consistent basis. Any of the above symptoms with your pregnancy
