Give me some ideas for a healthy grocery list please! Im sick of eating foods that make me feel "heavy". I was on a diet, but that didn't work out lol.
Buy as many unprocessed foods as possible & make as much as you can from scratch. Look for whole wheat carbs (pasta/bread) and brown rice. go straight for the fruit & veggie section first and stock up on fresh stuff there. Then go to the meat section and buy mostly poultry, fish and lean beef. Dairy section and get skim or 2% milk, egg beaters, yoghurt and low fat cheese. Drink tons of water and if you drink soda/sugary drinks cut those out or cut back.
that's all I can think of right now :) Oh plan your meals ahead a week at a time, that'll help you stay on track. Add an exercise routine 4-5 days a week. This is all the stuff that worked for me, I lost 20 pounds in 5 months. Then I got pregnant & gaining it back but it's all good now lol

Totally this..... I also cut out refined sugar. I use truvia but agave nectar and pure cane sugar is good also:)
