Okay, so we had a HUGE argument this morning because he is absolutely CONVINCED that "savwafare" is a word...

Yeah, that's what I thought too lol

But he is convinced it is though Dictionary.com had nothing about it. He used it in a sentence with my mom this morning on IM.

So, is it a word? What does it mean? lol

Him on vicodin is the most fun I've had in a while lol

Um.. no not a word... On another note.. I hate vicodin!!! Gives me the most vivid nightmares ever.. I can still smell the smells and taste the taste when I think about the dreams and it's been about 2 months now... Never taking that again!

You probably aren't finding anything about it because you are spelling it wrong.  Plus, it's a french word.  It's savoir faire meaning the ability to say or do the right thing at the right time.  It sounds like you guys are having a lot of fun while he's on vicodin.  See what else he comes up with.  Lol.

yeah it's a word, but that's not how you spell it.

savoir faire

it means yo uknow hot to do something right... like the billy joel song "wy should i worry" street savior faire, means basically street smarts.

Ah, so it is a french word lol The spelling I gave is the EXACT spelling he gave me so I was going for it lol He told me it meant how appealing a person was/how much you attract a person to you.

I told him he was crazy lol Thanks for the help ladies :) He has been pretty out of it! He saw a heart and asked me if it was a heart while tracing it plus so much more lol I love it :)

I think you're looking for savoir-faire, and the definition is

savoir-faire definition

savoir-faire (sav′wär fer′; Fr sȧ vwȧr fer′)

noun
ready knowledge of what to do or say, and of when and how to do or say it
