My dd either had an extra tooth or an adult tooth coming in right now!!  Pedi referred us to a pedi dentist.  It's pushing, making her front two teeth start to cross- poor peanut!  Anyone else have this happen?

It is probably an extra tooth. Don't worry. It happens ;)

Any pictures?

My DD is 15 months and has twelve teeth already...not sure which tooth you're talking about. My nephew's front bottom tooth grew in "split" it looked like two little teeth when it was just poking through, but now kinda looks like a V.

Extra teeth run in my family. My sister had them my niece and my son had one. Logans was growing down the center of the roof of his mouth.

The same thing happened to my oldest. She was 7 years old when this happened to her. At first her front teeth fell out then that tooth grew in in the middle and I thought it was her permanent front teeth coming in. And it wasn't because they other teeth were coming in. So I brought her to the dentist and they told me it was a extra tooth growing in the middle. And so they had to pull it. The thing is that it made her front teeth grow in a little uneven. So, she will have to get braces.
