BAKERY QUESTION

The local bakery puts there stuff on 75 percent sale end of every night.Just wondering can you freeze any of the following items for later such as holidays.Pies -if so how would you store them and how long will keep.Home made cookies-the same-breads-the same and cheeses.I t would be wonderful if i could freeze this stuff save alot of money because regular this stuff is expensive also what about fudge-can you freeze this

My son works in a bakery,,, he will be home soon, i will ASK HIM!

Cookies, bread, cheeses...you can absolutely freeze. 

I don't know about fudge...I've never tried.
