My daughter has already had H1N1, so no point in the shot for her. My son is not getting it because everytime we goto get they are out, so I figure if we were going to get it, we would have gotten it from my daughter.

Last week, DD's pediatrician let all his patients know that they have received doses of the H1N1 vaccine, and for $10 I can get it too. He said that all his patients & families can get it (age 2+), no matter if you don't have underlying medical conditions. I scheduled it for this Thursday, and I don't know if they have the shot, or the mist. Well, Thursday I'll know LOL!

My husband got the regular flu shot.  I don't do flu shots regardless of the strain.

6 months to 24 years or something like that (you need to look at your county's health dept and what they suggest) and people with chronic conditions, etc.

Hmm..I'm 34 with no medical issues at all and got it. Those may just be suggestions. I don't think theres is anything set in stone that says those are a must.

We do not receive flu vaccines of any kind (seasonal, H1N1, vaccine or mist).  My DH is the only one in our family who does because he's required to by the military.  If he had a choice, he would opt out.
