Do you wait until after thanksgiving to put up your christmas tree?

*edit- have you EVER put it up before thanksgiving? what do you think when people do so?

The day after my boys put it up.

I put up the tree the day after Thanksgiving.

well for the 10 years we have been married we put our tree up on the 4th of december(my dads bday). this year though it will be the 17th cause hubby gets home on the 16th. if it were to me everyday would be Christmas:)

   After we clean up for Thanksgiving we put up the tree and the kids put the Christmas stuff on . and I take it down ater the  New Years Day .

We put it up usually the week after Thanksgiving because we get a real tree and i don't want it to be dead before Christmas. But this year i am thinking of going with a fake tree...

yes.  DH says i'm a real-life Buddy (from Elf) and too obsessed with Christmas, so he makes me wait..lol

We've never put up our tree before Thanksgiving.  As my husband says "we don't skip holidays."
