I got a ticket in the mail for obscene gesture in public. it said i was seen on nov, 6th on so and so street and made an inappropriate gesture to the person in the car w/ me.
i dont recall doing this, i dont even remember what i was doing on this day, i plan on just showing up in court and pleading not guilty.
what would you do?

You can go to court over it...pay the court costs that are probably more than the ticket itself...Be careful though, they could have you on camera doing this...is it really illegal though?? Where do you live? That's so dumb!! lol

I would fight it. How do they know you weren't tellinga story or something. If it was made towards osmeone that was in the car with you they can't say you were doing anything other than telling a story or something along those lines. Unless you pulled your top down or showed your butt or something like that. HTH
