I have no idea. Can't you contact a local realtor or something and find out prices? There has to be someone you can contact that has average local prices for that, I would think. All I can relate is looking up car prices, lmao. Sorry.

I just don't want to get ripped off or charged just to have someone come and say ya I will try to get this much out of it! and I want to sell it myself so I can try and get some money to pay off some loans

well you would have to compare it to the other houses like that in your area.

You may be able to just call and ask a realator to help youprice it....not sell it.

My mom is looking into buying a 1980's model single wide (not sure the exact year) for 9,500 dollars. Also, I went and looked at new ones a couple of months back and you can get a double wide (a smaller one) for around 40-50k. So with that I would say maybe somewhere between 10k-15k.

Aha!! I figured if there was such a thing as Kelley Blue Book for cars, there had to be something for mobile homes!!

I was buying a NEW one with 3 br and was paying total less than 10k. They were selling 4 in the park I was living in, and they were asking 1k for them, they were newer than the one you are selling, but I dont know what shape they were in.
