WALMART IS NOT PLAYING AROUND THIS YEAR THE WALMART STORES ARE GOING TO BE LOADED WITH SERCURITY.

IF YOU WANT A CERTAIN ITEM YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IN LINE FOR IT AND WAIT FOR THE STORE EMPOLYEE TO HAND THEM OUT ( LIKE THE HOT ITEMS) YOU CAN GET THEIR AS EARLY AS YOU WANT BUT YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE HOT ITEM TO BE PASSED OUT.

LINES WILL BE FORMED AT THE DOORS AND FLYERS WILL BE HANDED OUT. WALMART HAS TEEMED UP WITH THE SAME PPL WHO DO THE SUPERBOWL RUSES, THEY WANT TO PREVENT PPL FROM GETTING KILLED THIS YEAR.

WALMART IS CALLING BLACK FRIDAY "EVENT DAY", RATHER THEN BLACK FRIDAY

I JUST HOPE THAT THEY DONT RUN OUT OF THE ITEMS EVERYONE IS WANTING THIS YEAR )(if any are worth it).

i hope it works!! I would rather stand in line for something instead of "fight" for it. But there are only 2 things I am interested in at Walmart- the Barbie Jeep and the bed set. And neither of those are must-haves :)

IF this is true, then it's about damn time.  The whole frenzy is ridiculous.  I enjoy going shopping on Black Friday, but I NEVER try to get the hot items - it's not worth it.  All the fighting for what, the 3 large screen tv's, or the 6 laptops that they'll have.  It's stupid.

So glad the store I go to isn't crazy!  I went there last year at like 10:00 and they still had most of the items left.  I stood in line for 5 minutes to pay.

Thats going to depend on stores because i know the 3 here are NOT doing that. They are open all night and allowing everyone in when they want but you can not pay for anything till 5:30.

The walmart I went to last year did something similar...

They're 24 hour, so we got here about 4am and all of us went and posted up next to differen things we needed. The store kept everything wrapped uo in the plastic until right around 5am then cut them open and let people go at it...

Personally I think having the lines form out front is dangerous. That's how the people got trampled last year...
