How packed are the theaters in your area for New Moon?

SO and I were thinking about going to see a movie tonight. Hes wants to see New Moon and I have a feeling that the theaters are going to be packed for that one. We live in a big city and SO thinks if we go to a small town outside of the city it will be less packed.. But IDK.

CRAZY. Alot of people actually flew in to see the premier in the Lincoln Theater in Port Angeles which is the only theater it is at in my area.

We went at 11:45 this afternoon. It was pretty packed we ordered our tickets online last night because we heard that the 9:30 am showing has been sold out for 2 weeks.

My hubby said 2 of the theaters were packed and people were still waiting...He's Security at a casino..

it was crazy.. there were actually midnight and 2:30 am shows last night.. both were sold out... People were lined up outside with blankets waitin to get their ticket.... I joked dh and said I would only wait out in the cold for Nickelback.. lol... Oh and tickets are rormally $7.00 in our area.. for new moon they are $12.50 each.. Its nuts...

I went at 11 am today. The first showing for our theater... there wasn't an empty seat.

Well I went last night at 12:15 am. We stood in line for 2 hours so we could get good seats. It wasnt bad. But they were sold out The Movie is FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I wanna go see it like 3 more times

I figured they would be packed. I checked ours and it looks like half are sold out and most the others say Hurry! almost sold out. We have multiple theaters around us and they are all playing it on multiple screens... But SO wants to go out of town which I think it will be worse bc all the country folk are going to be at that one little theater with one screen.
