Hijab Day is tomorrow. In protest for the mistreatment of women's rights in other countries that are banning or taxing head coverings we are asking women in free countries to wear a scarf, tichel, bonnet, or hijab tomorrow and tell others why they are doing it.
Head coverings are more than just religious to most women, they are seen as the up most form of modesty. To be told that we are not allowed to cover our heads anymore by law is like a woman who wears pants being told that she is no longer allowed to wear anything but skirts. Because you have freedom show your support for those who do not.
